A New Way to Look at Arts Grants

Today's Chicago Tribune published a story about a new report from the Center for Effective Philanthropy(Cambridge, MA) which suggests that grantors and grantees might better discuss the amount and duration of grants, rather than focusing on whether they are for operating or program support.
